2025 football & Cheer Registration
All registrations fees are non-refundable. Registration fees will only be refunded in the event the AFA Wolverines cannot provide a team for your child's appropriate age and weight division.
Boys and girl welcome. Football player 7 -12 years old and Cheerleaders 5 - 16 years old (players must meet age minimums on or before July 31, 2025).

2025 registration checklist
The following information is required by Pop Warner National to be uploaded during registration. You will need to take a picture or scan the following documents and upload them to SportsConnect in order to complete the registration process.
