$320=1 Helmet donation

Helmets for this year must be purchased by no later than September 15, 2022. Every donation is tax deductible, as we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization ( Tax ID# 81-5202205) and all proceeds will go directly towards purchasing helmets.

AFA is required to replace player helmets every 10 years in order to ensure the safety of every athlete and meet the requirements of the new state helmet laws. The cost of replacing a helmet is $320 each, and we are replacing 80 helmets. We are asking for YOUR help in keeping our kids safe and compliant by sponsoring a helmet today.

Mission

Our program has been around for the last 5 years, and in that time we've seen well over 500 kids participate and benefit from playing football and learning what commitment and teamwork are all about. However, this year we've encountered our greatest challenge yet. Due to the pandemic and the new strict helmet laws we've lost 90 percent of our football helmets due to manufacturer expiration. As a result, we are looking for help by replacing 80 helmets for our program. These helmets will ensure for the next 10 years our kids will be well protected and equipped to take on the competition.

Goal

Each helmet costs 320.00 and we are looking for your support to ensure we can continue molding our community's kids through football and fundamentals while providing the much needed structure and environment they will need in the future. Each donation received will go directly towards the purchase of a new helmet to put on a player this season.
